Management Reporting:
You are finally able to focus less on daily administration and more on the strategic issues facing your department. Take comfort in the fact that Great Lakes Strategies can provide you with the information you need to make good decisions. Of particular interest are:
- Enrollment summary reporting and graphs to evaluate your open enrollment results
- Reporting tools for employer self-service

- Flexible report media, frequencies and formats.
Premium Reporting:
As you know, eligibility and premium information for your participants may need to be shared in order for you or your providers to perform carrier billing and other related functions. GLS has several standard report offerings to facilitate this exchange of information, including:
- Eligibility Report--typically sorted by provider, this report provides a snapshot of eligible participants, including dependents, enrolled during a specific coverage period.
- Premium Report--for employers self-billing their premiums, this report is a snapshot of the amount of premium payable per participant for a given coverage period, not including any adjustments.
- Premium Adjustments--for employers self-billing their premiums, this report is a snapshot of the premium adjustments, including additions, changes, and terminations for a period of up to 60 days.
